Measure, fabricate, fit, prove

Plan the system

We look at the car, agree what the system needs to do and choose the material and route.

Fabricate and fit

The system is fabricated and fitted in our workshop at Little Staughton.

Map on the dyno

If the exhaust changes how the engine breathes, we map it on our 4WD DS450 with live datalogging.

Prove and hand over

A power run shows the result, and you get a run-through of the work done.

Road or competition

Built for how the car is used

Road systems keep their catalytic converters and emissions equipment. Decats and straight-through systems are built for competition cars that are never used on public roads, and we offer competition DPF/OPF services on the same basis. Removing a cat, DPF or OPF is illegal on a road car and it will fail an MOT.

Can’t fault anything that was done, spoke about everything in great detail and their workmanship is spot on. How much does a custom exhaust cost?

Custom exhausts start from £350. The final price depends on the car, the system and the material, so we quote once we know what you need.

Do you make exhausts in stainless steel and titanium?

Yes. We fabricate in both. Stainless steel suits most road and track cars; titanium is the lightest option for track and competition cars.

What exhaust work do you do?

Full systems, cat-backs, downpipes, manifolds, turbo pipework, valved exhausts, silencer swaps and repairs.

Will a custom exhaust pass the MOT?

Road systems we build keep the catalytic converter and emissions equipment. Decats and straight-through systems are for competition cars only: removing a cat is illegal on a road car and it will fail an MOT.

Will my car need remapping after a new exhaust?

Not always. If the exhaust changes how the engine breathes, for example a new downpipe on a turbo car, we map it on our 4WD dyno and show you the before-and-after power run.

Can you fit an exhaust as a one-off job?

Yes. You do not need a full build: we make and fit custom exhausts as standalone jobs.
